1. Withdrawal instruction
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about the decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required.
To maintain the revocation, it is sufficient that the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the revocation period is sent.
2. Consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will promptly and without undue delay have any payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a different type of delivery than the standard delivery) at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of the cancellation of this contract.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees.
You have the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you have notified us of the cancellation of this contract (BINU UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. Beauty KG, Fürbringerstraße 2, 10961 Berlin, Germany) to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to the customer not having to deal with the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
